An easy
to use Spinning Tackle

A spinning tackle is easy to use. The spinning method casts the lure from an open, fixed spool reel, which is mounted under the rod. The design of the spinning reel assures a free flow of the line. Spinning gear is usually less costly than a casting tackle.

Spinning is not ideal for all fishing. It might be better in these situations:
1. Fishing with underwater artificial lures, usually small lures.
2. If you use lightweight, soft baits.
3. If you like very light fishing in open water. It is easier to get a longer distance from a spinning gear.

Spinning rods come in various lengths and weights. If you are a beginner, it might be better to use a rod length of about seven feet. Choose a good fiberglass rod to start and as you get more experience, you can get a more expensive graphite rod.

Spinning is easy to learn. It should take about a 1/2 hour of practice to get good distance and accuracy.
