Daiwa fishing rods are available in several models for freshwater, saltwater and fly fishing. Daiwa was establishedin 1955 and has since grown into one of the largest tackle companies in the world.



Daiwa Steez Bass Rods are lightweight, powerful and sensitive. They provide good casting accuracy. Features include graphite blanks, titanium framed, corrosion resistant guides and light air foam non slip grips. Price is about $350-500.

Team Daiwa Cielo spinning rods are very sensitive and strong. Price is about $250-300. Features include:
1. Lightweight graphite blanks
2. Silicon carbide guides
3. Reinforced cork grips
4. Custom designed reel seats

The Team Daiwa Surf series cost about $90-190 for sizes 7' to 11' 4".

The Saltigo Dendoh Style rods are 6' long and feature power fiberglass blanks, a high quality aluminum seat and aluminum oxide guides. Price is about $390.

The VIP conventional rods have a rugged E-glass blank, double wrapped guides and Fuji reel seats. Price is about $85-120.

The Daiwa Zillion freshwater rods have a graphite blank, Fuji guides, A Zaion reel seat and an air foam grip. Price is about $200-225.

The Fuego freshwater spinning rods are strong and lightweight. They feature the Bias construction, which resists twisting and therefore provides greater strength. Price is $195-220.



The Daiwa Team Light & Tough bass rods are Daiwa's most popular models. They feature graphite blanks and Fuji aluminum oxide guides. The handle has been designed to fit the contour of your hand. The grip is made of natural cork. Price is about $130-140.
