The Ultra Braid line has a special coating that helps maintain its smooth round shape. The line features high abrasion resistance, good knot strength and color retention. It has enhanced sensitivity with little stretch. Price for 100 yards is about $14-22.

The saltwater monofilament line features abrasion resistance, strong knot strength and outstanding tensile strength. It is designed for spinning, casting and conventional reels. A one pound spool costs about $25.

The freshwater Ultra Flex line costs about $4 for 110 yards. It is a nylon copolymer with good cast ability and strength. It has strong knot strength and is abrasion resistant.
